Depending on the nature of the change required, this can often be easily done following her instructions over the phone or if more complex, can be done via email & attachments. I am extremely fussy and detail oriented so I am easily able to make modifications on my own to the master files and anything that is beyond my programming level, Fran is always available to help me and will set-up a Go To Meeting to walk me through anything I need help with. She has also consequently taught me a lot of computer skills.

"I was at one time, going on 18 years now, one of those conveyancers who insisted that no machine or software program could work a file as well as I could by manually typing each and every document. In 1992, against my better wishes, and with me balking the whole way, I was convinced that the time had come to purchase and install a real estate software program. I really can't remember now how it came to be R & D Systems Auditing Inc. and their ConveyMaster program that became the selected software, but it matters not, as to this day I have never regretted the decision. In the early years, an office visit was required to install software and they made the trip to my office to assist with the installation and teaching process to a very reluctant conveyancer. That day is still so very clear to me. I hated every step of the process, I found what I thought were very obvious errors, I didn't like the wording of the documents, I was sure I'd never get through even one file per week let alone numerous files per day.
