"I am a senior conveyancer with over 25 years experience and
have been using the ConveyMaster program continuously for the
last 15 years at the last 3 different legal offices I have
worked at. When job searching for my current job I specifically
researched offices that already had the ConveyMaster program as
my first choices of places to work.
The office I currently work at specifically purchased the
ConveyMaster HotDocs program when they hired me after learning
about the program through me and after a demonstration provided
by the program administrator, Fran Brooks, as they wanted to
upgrade to a better program and be able to easily E-file
documents
I can't imagine working with any other program, it is so user
friendly and allows for multiple scenarios with numerous
Vendors, Purchasers, payouts, etc. The answer file steps you
through every question and provides prompts to help you. Once
you complete your answers your documents are fully completed.
I am extremely fussy and detail oriented so I am easily able
to make modifications on my own to the master files and anything
that is beyond my programming level, Fran is always available to
help me and will set-up a Go To Meeting to walk me through
anything I need help with. She has also consequently taught me a
lot of computer skills.
I can't say enough good things about this program and would

"I was at one time, going on 18 years now, one of those conveyancers
who insisted that no machine or software program could work a file as
well as I could by manually typing each and every document. In
1992, against my better wishes, and with me balking the whole way, I
was convinced that the time had come to purchase and install a real
estate software program. I really can't remember now how it came to
be R & D Systems Auditing Inc. and their ConveyMaster program that
became the selected software, but it matters not, as to this day I
have never regretted the decision. In the early years, an office
visit was required to install software and they made the trip to my
office to assist with the installation and teaching process to a very
reluctant conveyancer. That day is still so very clear to me. I
hated every step of the process, I found what I thought were very
obvious errors, I didn't like the wording of the documents, I was
sure I'd never get through even one file per week let alone numerous
files per day. Fran and the R & D Systems Auditing Inc. staff
persisted. They always very patiently explained every step clearly
(and very often more than one time!), never once ridiculed my obvious
greenhorn questions and were always available for technical

my notary practice January 1, 1994, in Ladner. In preparation for
